Define and Scope

This is our first phase of engagement where we meet to understand client requirements or the problem it is trying to solve.

During this phase we’ll confirm our capabilities meet requirements, whether they relate to electrical or mechanical engineering works, or both.

The key outcome from this phase is a statement of scope, an indicative estimate and schedule.

Plan & Design

In the Plan and Design phase we perform a detailed assessment of the scope of works with our team of engineers and planners. As an outcome of this assessment solution designs, including specifications and drafting required, are created and iterated back to the client. A risk assessment is also conducted as part of the designs.

The Momentum Industrial resource plan required to fulfil the scope is confirmed, along with schedule and milestones.

Build & Commission

Our team of engineers and tradespeople execute and manage the solution build, installation and commission per agreed specification.

Our breadth of project experience allows us to deploy our own teams as well as work in partnership with client teams.

Monitor

Following commission we will closely monitor operations to ensure qualify of the solution is preserved.
